Day 5 Report 2

Monday, July 6, 1:30 PM

We're around the corner and heading for the barn - albeit a very long
way to go. Wind is quite forward at 22 degrees and while not very
typical, I suspect this helps us from the handicap perspective.

Criminal is setting up nicely after her sling-shot dive south. She is
fast. So far we do well on the rest of the fleet, but too early (and bad
Ju-Ju) to predict.

Currently,
Wind: 15 kts
Boat speed: 11 kts
Skies: Mostly cloudy
Vibe on board: Solid
Hair: Fabulous

Love to Lindsay and Connor. Miss you!
Kevin

  1. Dear Daddy,

We are going to the farm in 4 days. Hope you win.

I love your boat, I love camp.

    Love, Connor

Hi! It's Lindsay...Connor really liked Kevin's comment on 'heading to the barn' so that's why he said we're headed to the farm :)

All is well. We can't wait to see you all!

Kev - called the Ilikai and you had forgot to book yourself to our room or any room for that matter, so I told them that's cool, he can sleep on the boat...kidding! All fixed ;)

Keep it up boys...you are looking good, kicking butt and there are plenty of eager young lasses awaiting their manly men!

Love you Kev!! See you soon!!

    XO, Linds

  2. Kevin - not sure if you will get this but I just spoke with Glen and GG Building Products and he says the Eichler baseboard for the Liang job comes in 2 1/4" not 2 1/2" - I haven't placed the order yet because I am not sure what to get. Worst case scenario, we call Glen when we're in Hawaii - he says he can get the order in in a day or so.

    XO, L

  3. Reading you post feels a bit like opening a window on the Pacific every morning; thanks JB and Kevin for that daily update; really enjoying it! You guys also look good on the map -- getting closer to Mai Tai every day...

    Anthony.
